How to Order from Mel's OlivesThe easiest way to order is to visit our on-line catalog. On these pages you can browse the Items offered. Add products to your shopping cart by simply clicking on the button. Be sure to enter a quantity if you wish to
order more than one of that item. If you change your mind, you can remove any item
later on before checking out. When you have finished shopping, click on the  button and
your order will be totaled. You can then verify your order and remove any item you wish at
that time before finalizing your order Or, if you prefer, you can make a note of the
selections and e-mail us your order. If you have questions, or would like more
information we'll get right back to you. You can also place your order by Mail. If you prefer you can print out the catalog pages and use it as an order blank. In any case you do not have to pay until you receive your merchandise. Be sure to give full instructions for gift packages. Include what you would like to say on the recipients' card. We ordinarily ship via ground service. Your order should arrive within 3 to 10 working days from the date shipped. Rule of thumb is 450 miles per business day. All orders usually shipped next day after receipt of order, However, we sometimes get a little behind during the holidays. Expedited shipping can be arranged for an extra fee. Shipping Charges Charges are figured on a pass through basis. There is no profit made from the shipping charges, in fact often I subsidize the actual cost verses the cost you pay. On shipments within California the charges are $1.50 per item* plus $3.00 for packaging. On shipments to other states the charges are $2.50 per item* plus $3.00 for packaging. * Heavy jumbo pickles are $3.00 in California, $5.00 elsewhere. |
