My Italian-style pepperoncinis are the best!
My secret ingredient is
garlic. I use a great deal of it. The garlic seems to take some of the heat from
the Italian peppers. We use only the finest Gilroy Valley garlic. The pepperoncinis are
great with sandwiches, chopped up in a salad, or just eat them with your favorite
beverage.
Our pickled garlic is in a light pickling brine so the spices compliment the flavor of the garlic.
